Unfolding Body Cancellation & Late Policy

At Unfolding Body, we truly value your time and energy, and we appreciate you respecting ours as well. These guidelines help us create a smooth, supportive experience for everyone.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee, as it can be difficult to fill the space on short notice.

Late Arrivals

• We understand life happens. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule. In either case, the full session fee will still apply.

• Whenever possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time.

No-Shows

• If you’re unable to attend and do not let us know in advance, the full session fee will apply.
