Embark on a comprehensive 6-day immersion into the Gyrokinesis Method guided by Pre-Trainer / Master Trainer Apprentice Rebecca Halls. This intensive program is designed to deepen your practical knowledge and physical readiness for advancing within the Gyrokinesis training pathway.

Schedule:

  • Daily sessions from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

  • Dates: July 6–12, 2026 (with a day off on Thursday, July 9th)

Prerequisite:
This course is tailored for experienced Gyrokinesis practitioners who already possess a foundational understanding of the Level 1 class formats. Candidates must have completed at least 10 Gyrokinesis classes conducted by a certified trainer before enrolling.

Purpose:
The course aims to establish a solid foundational understanding of the Gyrokinesis Level 1 exercises. It prepares students both physically and mentally for the subsequent Gyrokinesis Level 1 Foundation Course by focusing on the development of personal experience and comprehensive insight into the core movements outlined in the Level 1 Pre-Training exercise list.

Upon successful completion:
Graduates of this pre-training course will qualify to advance to the Gyrokinesis Level 1 Foundation Course. The foundation course placement is required to occur within a timeframe of one week to three months following the pre-training. Additionally, this course fulfillment counts towards 30 Continuing Education Credits (CECs) under the NPCP accreditation category.

This structured approach ensures that students are well-prepared and confident as they proceed through the Gyrokinesis certification process, supporting both their personal practice and professional aspirations.

GYROKINESIS TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW

In this program students learn to conduct two in-depth Gyrokinesis class formats. The 135-hour program is composed of four sequential courses. (See course information below.) Students typically begin teaching the Gyrokinesis Method in the role of “apprentice” within 3 months after beginning the program. It takes approximately 1 year to complete the full program and become a licensed Gyrokinesis Trainer.

Those who successfully complete the program are qualified to teach Gyrokinesis Level 1 exercise sequences to students in the role of Gyrokinesis Trainer. Gyrokinesis Trainers are also eligible to enroll in Gyrokinesis specialized courses and certain Gyrotonic specialized equipment courses.

Gyrokinesis Trainers complete at least one continuing education course every two years in order to expand their skills and to maintain their Gyrokinesis trademark license.
