Treatment and Group Gyrokinesis Class
Weeks 2-7:
Private lessons on Gyrotonic Special Equipment tailored to your assessment and group Gyrokinesis classes.
Private lessons focus on your unique needs using special equipment and hands-on guidance, while group sessions help you apply your specific adjustments to everyday activities.
Week 8:
Final Group Gyrokinesis Class

Private lessons and Osteopathic Assessment are available based on availability Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-4:15pm.
