Join Rebecca Halls, D.O.M.P., and Rachel Bood for a 4-Week Gyrokinesis Class Series, designed to deepen your connection to movement, breath, and embodied awareness. Rebecca, a professional contemporary dancer (BFA) and osteopathic practitioner, brings two decades of experience in somatic therapy and performance, offering a unique perspective on functional movement and fascial health. Rachel, celebrated for her biomechanical expertise and trauma-informed teaching, empowers students with precise, adaptable instruction rooted in Pilates and movement science.
This series introduces the Gyrokinesis Method, a comprehensive system that enhances spinal mobility, joint articulation, and neuromuscular coordination through rhythmic, flowing sequences. Practiced on a chair and mat, Gyrokinesis fosters interoceptive awareness and supports nervous system regulation, making it accessible and transformative for all levels.

Personalized Guidance: Small class sizes ensure individualized attention, whether you’re new to Gyrokinesis or refining your practice.
Science-Backed Benefits: Grounded in principles of Polyvagal Theory and neuromuscular rejuvenation, this method promotes integrated strength, mobility, and vitality in our serene Cumberland studio.
