Thursday 10:30–11:15 AM
5-Week Series:
October 1–29, 2026
November 5–December 3, 2026
Mindful Movement for Recovery & Nervous System Support
Led by Rebecca Halls, D.O.M.P., this therapeutic series focuses on the foundational principles of the Gyrokinesis Method, such as pelvic narrowing, the 5th line, and gentle spinal articulation - entirely on the chair and standing. Unlike Level 1 or Intro classes, this format is designed for those who prefer to avoid floor work, making it accessible for anyone who finds transitioning to and from the floor challenging.
Rebecca draws on her expertise in Osteopathy and Polyvagal Theory to guide you through slow, intentional sequences that support recovery, nervous system regulation, and fascial health. The class is ideal for individuals recovering from injury, managing physical limitations, or seeking a deeper, more mindful connection to their movement.
Who Is This For?
Those recovering from injury or managing mobility limitations
Seniors or anyone who prefers chair-based and standing movement
Students looking to refine their practice with a focus on therapeutic benefits and nervous system support
